Mountain Drive Bluegrass Band
Mountain Drive Bluegrass Band was founded in January 2008 by two of the current members - Darlene Brock and Jerry Haynes. Our band also includes Carl Vanover. These talented individuals love to play and sing bluegrass music.
Carl Vanover plays Scruggs-style banjo and sings lead, tenor, and baritone. Darlene Brock keeps the rhythm and sings lead and tenor. Jerry Haynes plays bass and sings baritone and tenor and is a mandolin luthier. Together, they make a great sound.
Our Music
Mountain Drive performs a mix of old and new 'grass as well as gospel. We perform for festivals and private events.
You can expect to be entertained and to be provided great bluegrass music from talented Kentucky musicians.
